Currently with a team of over 90 employees, Projektron GmbH has been developing the web-based project management software Projektron BCS since 2001. This software is sold in seven languages at four locations.
Projektron BCS enables you to prepare, plan, execute, evaluate, and invoice projects. Thanks to its modular design and a variety of interfaces, the software can be easily integrated into existing organizational structures. All project members are able to access their project data via the browser wherever they are. Projektron BCS is available in seven languages and is complemented by a comprehensive documentation. Trainings, workshops and individual configurations enable users to successfully introduce and efficiently use the software.
Projektron BCS.start is the product version specifically targeted at small businesses and individual departments within larger organizations. Designed for up to 15 employees, this inexpensive edition covers important work processes – from compiling a quotation to issuing an invoice.
In addition to software, Projektron GmbH also delivers comprehensive services. These range from intensive customer service and user support to target group-specific Projektron BCS training seminars and individual workshops.
More than 700 customers throughout Europe use Projektron BCS, including international companies such as Airbus and Volkswagen as well as medium-sized enterprises and public institutions. Alongside IT system houses and multimedia agencies, consulting firms and research institutions also rely on Projektron BCS when it comes to planning their projects.
The Projektron corporate culture is characterized by committed and successful human resource management. Equal opportunity was a central aspect right from the start, as Maik Dorl explains: “I think that gender balance is essential to ensure our company’s success and foster a great atmosphere.” With more than 40%, Projektron employs more women than most other companies in the IT sector.
The software manufacturer has been offering training since 2003 and has positioned itself as an attractive employer thanks to flexible working hours, part-time models, paid overtime and fair wages. Employees also value the diverse corporate events, health training and the daily organic breakfast.
Since its foundation, Projektron GmbH has been fortunate enough to receive various awards for both its software and its achievements in personnel management. Alongside other prizes, the software manufacturer was awarded first place among companies of its size in the “best employer in Berlin-Brandenburg” category in the Great Place to Work competition in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2017. In 2016, Projektron was honored as the most family-friendly company in the nationwide competition "Unternehmen für Familie - Berlin 2016" and received the BestPers certificate for professional and future-oriented personnel work for the third time.
